Job Description: Product Manager (PM)

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager (PM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and releases.
• Drive user adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or technology products.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and product design processes.
